I really enjoyed this book. Suki meets a new group of friends after her husband moves out. They all meet every Friday for a meal where they can try and forget about the calories and help each other through any issues and worries. We meet each member of the group and learn more about them over the course of the book. They are each hiding secret worries and Suki in particular finds herself a sounding board for various ladies.
A sizzling romance with a new hunky neighbour adds extra dimension.
Suki takes a job working in the library and it sounds a real dream.
I voluntarily read an arc of this book and I am looking forward to reading the next in the series.
