Annie lost her husband in a tragic climbing accident and only just feels ready to get her life sorted. She’s opening a language school in the Italian Alps and is really looking forward to the new venture. Her assistant is a lovely eccentric girl who expresses herself through her clothes and it’s lovely to imagine what she’s wearing!
Her husband’s best friend reappears on the scene and provides some much needed friendship and she meets sexy Allesandro whilst ski-ing. She’s attracted to him but isn’t sure whether she’s quite ready. It’s lovely to imagine the dates with him and outings with Matt. She meets a lot of the locals aswell and you get to feel that you know everyone.
It’s a real feel good read- it draws you in and leaves you in the magical wintery world with a gorgeous ski resort and a lovely sounding hotel. I do love T A Williams style of writing and his books are always a delight to read.
With many thanks to Net Galley and Carina Uk for another wonderful read in exchange for an honest review.
