This was a lovely return to the three friends who run Urban Genie- the second book in the From Manhattan with love series. They are event planners and this book follows Frankie and Matt.
Matt has been fond of Frankie for years, but after a troubled childhood she’s sworn off relationships. He tries to win her trust and the sparks are bubbling under the surface.It’s a very lovely,sexy read. You are willing Frankie to overcome her inhibitions and find her Mr Right. Matt has to take care that he doesn’t rush her- but will she take flight?
Sarah always writes a winning book with engaging characters and absolutely stunning settings and spicy romance. I would so love to visit both Central Park and Puffin Island. I loved the return to Puffin Island and catching up with the characters from a previous series.
I can’t wait for the final part of the series which sounds like a glorious Christmas read- Miracle on 5th Avenue.
